Busy Louisville, Busy Businesses
This weekend, Louisville will be a very busy city. And because of that, a lot of businesses are benefiting from it.
The Maroon 5 and Prince are coming over for a series of concerts. Both are big names in the music industry so it’s not at all surprising that a lot people are lining up to see them. Alongside this, the establishments near the venues, especially the restaurants are already preparing for a throng of people that they are expecting on the days of the show.
Managers of the businesses around the area where the concerts will be held are expecting a long line of customers not just from Louisville but also from other cities. Some are planning to set up more tables and chairs so they could accommodate the large number of visitors they are expecting. Prince and Maroon 5 are such huge acts that it is not impossible that fans from all over the nearby cities will come flocking in Louisville.
In fact, Prince is so in demand that he keeps adding concerts in Louisville. There are two concerts scheduled on Saturday and two on Sunday which will be held at the Louisville Palace. Prince is an American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and actor. He has produced ten platinum albums and thirty Top 40 singles during his career, so no wonder that Prince is such a huge act.
Maroon 5 who recently made news with their latest music video, will perform on Saturday night at the KFC Yum! Center. The band recently made it to the headlines and became trending in social media because of their music video where the band crashed weddings. The brides apparently don’t have any idea that Marooon 5 will be performing for them. While the grooms know that there will be surprise, they didn’t know that it will be Maroon 5.
The downtown will not be able to rest yet, because the following weekend, the NCAA Division One Men’s Basketball Championship is coming to Louisville. So they are expecting a lot of basketball enthusiasts coming over. The NCAA or the National Collegiate Athletic Association is an organization dedicated to safeguarding the well-being of student-athletes and equipping them with the skills to succeed on the playing field, in the classroom and throughout life.
Having huge celebrities and much awaited events in Louisville is a big help to the business. Having a lot of visitors means having higher sales and profit for them.
